Privacy & cookies

In short

We only keep what is needed to make Coindivo work. We do not sell data, we show no ads and we use no tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are measured anonymously and without cookies.

What data we keep

Depending on what you use:

• Account: your email address, or your wallet address if you sign in with MetaMask, Trust Wallet or a Solana wallet. Your password is only stored encrypted (hashed).
• Activity: your practice and real trades, orders, predictions, pool bets, lottery tickets, Gold, check-ins and invites.
• App wallets: the addresses, and the private keys stored encrypted.
• Linked wallets and exchanges: the addresses of your own wallets, and exchange API keys, stored encrypted.
• Telegram: your chat ID, only if you link Telegram yourself.
• Payments: your USDT payments and their transaction hashes.
• Launchpad: project details you submit, and your pre-sale participations.

What we use it for

We only use your data to provide the service:

• to sign you in and keep your account secure;
• to make your trades, wallets, games and rewards work;
• to send notifications you switch on yourself (for example via Telegram);
• for real-money games, to determine which country you play from: we look up the country for your IP address at that moment; we do not store the IP address itself;
• leaderboards only show the first two letters of your email address (for example "ab•••"), never your full name or email;
• to keep anonymous statistics that help us improve the site.

Who we share data with

Only with services needed to make Coindivo work, and only what they need:

• Our hosting and database partners: to store data, sign you in and send emails, over encrypted connections.
• Telegram: messages, only if you link Telegram or join our groups.
• Exchanges you link yourself: your orders, only through the API key you add yourself.
• Swap and blockchain services: your wallet address and the transaction, to execute a swap or transfer.
• A location service: only the country for your IP address, only for real-money games.
• A statistics service: anonymous visitor numbers, without cookies and without personal data.
• Authorities: only when the law requires us to.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed for the site to work. They do not require consent, which is why you see no cookie banner. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Storage in your browser

Besides cookies, the site keeps a few things only in your own browser:

• the code of whoever invited you, until you sign up (for the Gold reward);
• display settings, such as the lottery animations;
• a temporary copy of your wallet balances, removed when you close the tab.

Blockchains are public

Transactions on a blockchain (such as BSC, Solana, Base or Arbitrum) are visible to everyone and cannot be erased by anyone, including us. This also applies to transactions from your app wallet.

How long we keep data

For as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we erase your account, your practice data and your app wallets. Data we must keep by law (such as payments) and blockchain transactions remain.

Your rights

Under the European privacy law (GDPR) you have the right to:

• access your data;
• have incorrect data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• take your data with you (receive a copy);
• object to a use of your data;
• lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Security

Private keys and API keys are stored encrypted. In the database every user can only see their own data, and all connections use HTTPS. No system is perfect: keep your password and your own wallet keys secret.
